Shloka Mehta and Akash Ambani‘s grand dreamy wedding took place a few days back at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai. The wedding saw the most glamorous and lavish preparations with the guest all around the world gracing the big fat Indian wedding. Apart from the exotic desserts which were served, another thing that caught most of the eyes were our heroine’s from the B-Town. Everyone from the new age divas to the old age beauties was seen attending the wedding ceremonies of Shloka and Akash Ambani.
However, the two which caught our eyes with their elegant and sophisticated Indian look were Jaya Bachchan Ji and Anjali Tendulkar. Though the two ladies have diverse objectifying nature – the one thing both of them had in common on the day was the material of their outfits.
Jaya Bachchan in Gold and White Banarasi Silk Saree
Jaya Bachchan Ji was seen in gold and white Banarasi silk saree, which she paired with matching color potli and a ruby necklace. Attending the wedding with her husband, Amitabh Bachchan Ji, he was seen in a simple white and blue kurta set – which he accessorized with an elegant looking pearl necklace.
Jaya Ji is known for her simple, yet sophisticated look is always appreciated by the common people and loves to wear Indian ethnic wear in whatever events and ceremonies she attends.
Anjali Tendulkar in Mustard Yellow Banarasi Saree
Anjali Tendulkar, famously known as the wife of the cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar also attended the wedding ceremonies of Akash Ambani with her husband. Anjali was seen in a mustard yellow Banarasi Saree which she draped in Gujarati Style and paired it with a contrast elbow length blue sleeves blouse. She completed her look with statement diamond jewelry, pink lips and a big bindi that complemented her look perfectly. At the wedding reception the next day, she was seen in a black paithani saree with polki jewelry completing her look.
The cricketing maestro, Sachin Tendulkar, on the other hand, was seen in a golden – brown kurta pajama set and looked as elegant as his famous cover drives on the field.
